Mission

As part of the Kudelski group AI initiative INSIGHT, we are bringing to market a generative-AI-based virtual customer support agent for telecommunication companies that holds natural language conversations with consumers over voice and chat.
As Product Manager, you will define, with the team leadership, the product strategy and roadmap, as well as support sales activities, directly and through our partners like AWS.
This is a dynamic role that requires a candidate with a combination of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and hands-on product management experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving both internal product development initiatives and external client engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Development:
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with internal goals and addresses clients’ needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure the roadmap reflects organizational priorities.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Conduct client visits worldwide in a pre-sales capacity to understand client requirements and pitch the product effectively.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are integrated into the product development process.
  • Partner Management:
    • Provide support to our go-to-market partners, in particular AWS, and leverage the partnership to generate a strong customer pipeline.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and refine the product strategy, considering market trends, competition, and business objectives.
    • Align product features and enhancements with the overall company strategy.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, meeting both internal and external expectations.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to make informed product decisions.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance existing product offerings.
  • Communication:
    • Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on common goals.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on product development progress and key milestones.

Requirements / Profile

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Willingness to travel in Europe and elsewhere for client visits.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Plusses: experience with
    • call centers and customer support strategies
    • telco companies and their product offering
    • using generative AI in products.
