Mission
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for Nagravision’s security solutions tailored to address the Communication Service Providers market, including their subscribers.
Your goal is to build strong relationships, win new accounts, generate new revenue stream and accelerate the business pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the client base within EMEA, build a strong pipeline and consistently fuel growth for two innovative solutions: Nagra Scout and Nagra Insight.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers.
- Establish and foster relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to co-drive successful sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver compelling sales pitch and customized solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs and update Product Line management peer accordingly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements / Profile
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to identify and penetrate new accounts while managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience in complex B2B sales cycles, including high-value deal negotiation and contract management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by leveraging technical and product teams effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic & competitive business environments.
- Familiarity with advanced sales qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Strong ability to manage contractual negotiation to closure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales strategies effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within software, TELCOS or IT security sector, focusing on B2B2C solutions.
- Experience with AI or customer support technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets, within a growing environment.
- In-depth understanding of the IT industry and evolving customer needs.
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in any additional European language is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30%.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with client prospection combined with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
