Showcase highlights new approaches for intelligence-led streaming security,
audience growth and personalization, consumer cyberthreat protection for connected devices and secure Edge AI

CHESEAUX-SUR-LAUSANNE, Switzerland, and PHOENIX (AZ), USA — September 9, 2026 NAGRAVISION, a Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S) company and one of the world’s leading independent providers of content protection and media and entertainment solutions, will showcase its latest streaming and advanced security innovations at the IBC show in Amsterdam, Hall 1, Stand C81, from September 11–14, 2026.

As AI becomes more embedded across content operations, customer engagement, advertising and business workflows, organizations face rapidly expanding cybersecurity challenges. Kudelski Labs, the innovation arm of the Kudelski Group, will exhibit alongside NAGRAVISION demonstrating how the media and entertainment industry can build new levels of digital trust, protect valuable digital assets, strengthen customer relationships and embrace frontier technologies to thrive in an AI-driven media ecosystem while considering new regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act and emerging quantum computing threats.

“The industry is entering a new era where success depends on far more than delivering great content,” said Morten Solbakken, EVP and COO at NAGRAVISION. “Broadcasters and service providers must compete for audience attention, defend against increasingly industrialized piracy and utilize intelligence-based security services that extend from the cloud to the edge. Our IBC 2026 showcase is designed to address these challenges and will demonstrate how AI, advanced security and personalized streaming experiences are helping our customers grow audiences, protect revenues, and turn technology investments into measurable business impact.”

The joint showcase highlights four strategic priorities:

Moving from piracy data to decisive action with NAGRA® Venturi

Streaming piracy has become increasingly industrialized through automation, AI and global distribution networks—operators and rights holders need clearer visibility into the threats that most affect their business, and a way to move beyond isolated detection toward an integrated security model. Making its IBC debut, NAGRA Venturi is an intelligence-led streaming security platform for the AI era that transforms fragmented security data into actionable intelligence, helping analysts understand piracy operations, identify the highest-priority threats and prioritize high-impact interventions. Powered by NEXUS, the NAGRAVISION Anti-Piracy Centre and backed by NAGRAVISION’s 30-plus years of piracy case history, NAGRA Venturi orchestrates intelligence, analysis and intervention across the media and entertainment ecosystem enabling real-time coordinated anti-piracy action at scale and measurable business outcomes.

Making viewer engagement more personal with OpenTV® ENTera

Audiences are fragmented across streaming services, social platforms and digital channels. Service providers need new ways to stay central to the viewing experience and create more value from every viewer relationship. OpenTV ENTera combines editorial curation, AI-driven personalization and intelligent discovery to deliver experiences that adapt in real time to individual interests. New Rails Builder capabilities include giving operators greater control to schedule, preview and personalize content rails, analyze user insights and test experiences through A/B testing, alongside AI-powered automated live sports and content clips in different formats including vertical, personalized content reviews and tailored promotions, ads and sign-up journeys.  Built on an extensive partner ecosystem, OpenTV ENTera helps providers expand reach across devices and services while deepening engagement. Recently deployed by Narrative Entertainment in the UK, OpenTV ENTera marks a new chapter in audience-centric streaming for broadcasters.

Delivering value beyond connectivity with intelligent consumer cyber threat protection and NAGRA® Scout

As consumers rely on an expanding ecosystem of connected devices, applications and online services, cybersecurity is becoming a critical part of the customer experience—and an opportunity for broadband and telecom operators to deliver value beyond connectivity to strengthen engagement, improve retention, reinforce brand trust and grow differentiated value-added services. At IBC, the new AI-powered NAGRA Scout app will show how operators can make digital life safer and simpler for consumers, families and small businesses. Leveraging the new NAGRA Scout Threat Intelligence capability, it enables intelligent cyber threat protection with actionable insight and guided assistance to address evolving digital risks across the subscriber’s connected ecosystem.

Securing Edge AI and preparing for emerging regulatory requirements with Kudelski Labs

With AI-powered services moving beyond centralized cloud environments and into connected and edge devices, organizations must rethink how they secure the data, credentials, models and intelligent workloads. Kudelski Labs will demonstrate secure Edge AI in action with KLARQ, its autonomous robotic quadruped and illustrate how NAGRA NexGuard can be used to watermark AI-powered video inference engines running directly on the device. KLARQ pairs Kudelski Labs’ AI-accelerated security stack with Axelera AI’s Metis® AIPU for on-device inference while protecting the underlying AI models as valuable intellectual property. Visitors can also learn about Kudelski Labs’ work on the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), post-quantum cryptography readiness, and device design advisory services that ensure long-term device resilience.
