Mission
Responsibilities
- Be a part of a NOC monitoring team working in 24X7 rotational shifts.
- Monitoring and operating LIVE customer signals/systems
- Monitoring/preparation of signals to ensure quality delivered to customers.
- Handle daily customer requests from Email/Call.
- Register Incidents generated from the monitoring systems.
- Co-ordinate with other cross functional teams.
- Inform Incident Manager of major and critical incidents, SLA breaches.
- Follow up with customer and escalate according to the escalation matrix available.
- Follow internal routines and contribute to their improvement if necessary.
Requirements / Profile
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks withs high standards.
- Should be flexible to work in 24×7 shifts on rotation basis.
- Familiarity with CRM system is a plus.
