As our Sales Manager you will be our main point of contact towards existing and target accounts as well as nurturing our relationship with tech partners and stakeholders. We believe that you are experienced in B2B sales and eager to be responsible for driving the sales process, growing a profitable pipeline.
In the job you will be:
- Overseeing Germany and DACH region.
- Representing Nagra in industry events and conferences.
- Working with the Sales Team, PreSales, Solution Architects and Product Managers to create value for our customers.
- Managing existing accounts and business
- Hunt New Business with Target Accounts as well as existing accounts,
- Drive our qualification process and pull in required resources and competence,
- Close deals with a win-win outcome
- Manage a successful handover and transition of the deal to delivery teams and our global services team.

Qualifications
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building.
- Experience in creating, and leading large, complex, strategic sales opportunities.
- Business or technical background, understanding complex IT implementations, technology terminology, architecture, and transformations.
- Business acumen and can communicate the business value and a compelling value proposition to new and existing clients.
- Proven experience creating, and leading large, complex, strategic sales opportunities in various public and private clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills that truly engage audiences.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and capable of taking decisions in a fast-evolving environment whilst working as part of a dispersed, cross-cultural team with a reputation for delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable business acumen acquired through experience and/or formal business training.
- Excellent command of German and English both written and oral. Other languages an asset.
- Working knowledge of the digital TV industry and an understanding of its forces and trends on an international scale preferred
