A key example of this is their use of an automated manual gallery, which serves as a prime editorial space to highlight and promote essential content. This gallery works in tandem with their ability to showcase bundling opportunities seamlessly on the homepage.

At the core of NAGRAVISION’s personalization efforts is OpenTV, a robust ecosystem that integrates analytics, AI, content management systems (CMS), and aggregation partners to deliver unparalleled experiences. For example, a Champions League rail—elevated to a prominent position with deep links to platforms that are partnered with 4iG, like RTL+, ensures visibility and easy access. Paired with the understanding not just of what viewers watch, but why—whether it’s a favourite team, a thrilling match, or a passion for the sport itself.

Early data from 4iG highlights significant improvements, including higher NPS scores and increased customer retention—demonstrating the tangible value of collaborative innovation.
